Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Tubers can be shipped in early fall or late spring when their is a reduced threat of freezing weather. Shipping is risky from November to April. During those months we can schedule a pick-up for purchased tubers.

We will ship via priority mail in late March or early April depending on weather suited to tuber shipment.

there is an option to pick-up tubers at the farm for local customers. Click that option at check-out and we will arrange a time for tuber pick-up.

We will ship priority mail.

You will receive an email when your package has posted.

We have learned that shipping in small priority mail boxes limits our capacity to send provide appropriate packaging and send our healthiest tubers. Not much fits in those small boxes. So in 2024, we are making the decision to have a single price for shipping that will cover most orders and allow for the best possible shipping outcomes.

Shipping is a flat rate of $18 and covers shipping & materials; this rate applies regardless of order size.

Return & Exchange Policy

We are a specialty cut flower farm. We take care to ship tubers with visible eyes and no growth limiting damage. Tubers are living storage stems and healthy tubers can get a little dry (and wrinkle) and/or get a small bit soft to the touch. Each variety is different. We will not send tubers if we are not confident in their viability.

Upon receipt open your shipped box and inspecting the individual tubers. If you have any concerns, please contact us via email within three days of receiving your package. Include a picture of the product and let us know your concern and preferred resolution.  We will work with you to resolve any concerns

Our flowers are meant to bring happiness. We would love to hear from you if you have a great experience, and contact us if there is anything we can do to improve your experience.
